NOCK equipment is capable of skinning or slicing all types of meat, poultry and game. Our machines produce perfect results and operate with an ingenious geometry of the transport roller, blade holder, pressure device and in-feed conveyor belt. Even freshly slaughtered meat can be easily processed through the meat slicer, skinner or derinder.
